Zucchini noodle pad thai
If you are in love with Pad thai just like I am you can opt for zucchini noodles instead of regular ones as they are low in calories and higher in vitamins and minerals.I would also recommend to put less coconut cream as it makes easier to digest!
I had that dish in Lebanon at Eat sunshine eatery in Monot and picked my favorite dishes to post for that week. What I like most about that place is its light dishes and positive vibes quite close to my holistic approach to nutrition.
If you suffer from bloating try the charcoal water offered at the counter it aids digestion and has no after taste 🙂
