Buffet can be so tempting when it comes to good food and tasty dishes. Summer season is usually the perfect time for wedding invites and events.The best choice is to go to the salad section and then indulge in only one of the hot plates they are offering specially if you have a lot of festivities coming ahead as calories can pile up. This is one of a plate at a wedding I attended this summer.
