Vegan lunch option
I always have 2 or 3 vegan meals per week to detox the body and mind.
Having vegan meal allows your digestive system to take a rest and flush toxins away. If you suffer from Irritable bowel Syndrome and are sensitive to legumes you might find the vegan diet a little irritating.
In that case it is better to chose the proper food for your gut by keeping a food diary. You will then be able to identify foods that are causing you cramping and pain in order to tailor a bloat free vegan meal for yourselves.
I chose a green leafy salad for all its anti-inflammatory properties along with hummus for its protein content and whole grain gluten free bread with avocados,chia seeds and tomatoes for its antioxidant and heart healthy ingredients.
