The carrot salad
Ingredients
Grated or thinly sliced carrots
Spinach leaves
Walnuts or almonds
Sliced avocadoes
Aged Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Sea salt
Mix all ingredients so that the carrots and walnuts are on top and serve.
Aged Balsamic dressing: mix aged Balsamic vinegar with olive oil in equal amounts and add a bit of sea salt.
