The Anti-Candida diet

Candida is a yeast that lives in parts of the body such as the mouth,the genital area,the blood and the intestines.

It is usually present in our bodies, however when it overgrows it will cause symptoms such as bloating,fatigue,sugar cravings,brain fog ,joint pains and many other health issues.

To get rid of Candida it is advised to stop all sugar sources (cane sugar,bread,fruits,starchy vegetables,grains),milk,fermented foods,vinegar and all packaged foods for up to 40 days.

Good strains of Probiotics (lactobacilli acidophilus and bifidobacterium bifidus) are to be taken after 2 weeks of starting the Anti-Candida cleanse to synthesize B vitamins and to higher immunity as the body suffers from die off symptoms due to toxin release from Candida death.

Natural Antifungal should accompany the diet such as coconut oil,coconut water,oregano oil and olive oil as they help the body fight die off symptoms and swipe Candida off the intestinal lining to limit leaky gut syndrome whereas vitamins and minerals are leaking due to poor absorption from yeast overgrowth.
