Thai veggies

Ingredients:

Organic squash

Green beans

Carrots

Zucchini

2 organic eggs

1 tbsp peanut oil

2  tbsps crushed peanuts

1/4 squash

turmeric

coriander

lemongrass

White pepper

 

Steam veggies.Add peanut oil and vegetables to the pan and then sprinkle herbs and spices.Add eggs and allow to cook for 15 minutes on low fire.
