Rice and quinoa mix
Ingredients:
Basmati organic rice
Organic red quinoa
pandan leaves
Boil Basmati rice and quinoa seperately ( 1 cup of each with 2 cups of water at low temperature)
Mix both ingredients and add pandan leaves* (asian leaf that gives a nice vanilla flavor to your dishes). You can also opt for bay leaves as it gives rice a nice nutty flavor.
*If you buy fresh Pandan Leaves,slice them and leave them outdoor for them to dry completely in order for you to be able to use them all year long.
