Purple cauliflower
Ingredients:
Coconut oil
purple cauliflower
sweet potatoes
Himalayan salt
turmeric
Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices.Mix veggies with coconut oil,turmeric and Himalayan salt.
Place in oven for 35 minutes on high temperature until veggies become crispy.
Enjoy at lunch or dinner as those veggies are full of antioxidants,vitamins,minerals and fibers!
For people suffering from IBS replace cauliflower with zucchini to avoid bloating.
