Organic walnuts
Sucrine lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
Mustard
Lemon
Olive oil
honey
Honey mustard dressing: mix one teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoon mustard ,1 tablespoon olive oil, add lemon juice and a bit of water.
Place sucrine leaves at the bottom by forming circles,slice avocados and cherry tomatoes,place on top and sprinkle walnuts.Serve the Honey mustard dressing aside.

1 whole mozzarella cheese
Sliced tomatoes
Baby spinach
Walnuts
Lebanese cucumbers
Slice the mozzarella cheese and overlap with tomato slices
Mix baby spinach ,cucumbers and walnut with lemon an olive oil.
