Fitness coaches give meal plans while training clients ,they are most of the time not eligible to do that unless they are dietitians or nutritionists at the sme time so make sure your coach has a certificate before engaging in whatever supplement or high protein diet they might prescribe. Fat burners are a big no no beware of prescriptions involving unregulated supplements that promise dream bodies.

positive thinking

One of the key success factors to weight loss and healthy living is positive thinking, what i mean by positive thinking is always surround yourself with supportive and encouraging people that will give you good vibes. Clear you mind from black and white thoughts especially when it comes to cravings, a piece of cake does not mean that you messed up or failed and you can go on eating the whole cookie jar. You should learn to differentiate between poisonous thoughts that usually comes from a critical inner voice  and reality. Indulging is perfectly fine as long as it is satisfying ,no need to go overboard.

The Athlete salad

Athletes require a very complex diet ,rich in proteins relatively but also in good fats and carbohydrates and i mean by that whole wheat varieties of grains, avocados and raws nuts as well as veggies loaded with minerals,fibers and vitamins.

Ingredients:

whole wheat pasta

boiled zuchini

grated carrots

lettuce

cucumbers

tomatoes

eggs

low fat cheese

crushed nuts

olive oil

lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and slice the egg and place in the middle.
