As i was having a late dinner , I decided to go for light tapas at the mandarin oriental bar in London. The tuna bites caught my mind as they are very fresh and full of flavor. I would recommend it, it is low in fat and filing.

As I was having diner at that amazing restaurant I chose that heart healthy salad which is really a garden in a plate it contains fresh veggies that I really enjoyed. I definitely recommend that salad if you are looking for a light meal.
I am a big fan of coconut so I include it as much as possible in my fruit salads and deserts.I found those chocolate coated coco flakes as I was on vacation in London. They added a twist to my fruit salad so I decided to create the combination of figs and raspberries with coconut.
Ingredients:
Organic figs
organic raspberries
coconut flakes coated with chocolate
Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

As I was on vacation in London I went for diner at Berners Tavern which is a must in your to do list. I got to taste that Rhubarb crumble which is very tasty with a subtle flavor of rhubarb with a very nice presentation.
Curcuma has a lot of health benefits such as inflammatory and anticancer properties so sprinkle it in your meals as much as you can!
Ingredients:
Baby spinach
sucrines
pecan nuts
grilled organic chicken cooked with lemon wedges and curcuma powder
tomatoes
cucumbers
chia seeds
coarse salt
lemon juice and olive oil for dressing
Mix all ingredients and serve!
