Choco coco fruit salad

I am a big fan of coconut so I include it as much as possible in my fruit salads and deserts.I found those chocolate coated coco flakes as I was on vacation in London. They added a twist to my fruit salad so I decided to create the combination of figs and raspberries with coconut.

Ingredients:

Organic figs

organic raspberries

coconut flakes coated with chocolate

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

Rhubarb crumble

Rhubarb is full of health benefits such as dietary fiber,vitamin C, vitamin K,vitamin B,calcium, potassium ,manganese and magnesium.

As I was on vacation in London I went for diner at Berners Tavern which is a must in your to do list. I got to taste that Rhubarb crumble which is very tasty with a subtle flavor of rhubarb with a very nice presentation.
