Ingredients:
200 g organic sea bass filet
lemon wedges
olive oil
sea salt
Organic zucchini
oregano
Place the sea bass in an aluminum foil with olive oil ,salt and lemon wedges for 30 minutes at low temperature.
Cut zucchini in cubes with olive oil,salt and oregano .Place in oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
Enjoy this light dish for lunch or diner!It is actually a very simple recipe if you are having guests for dinner.

Organic peanut butter
Nut cubes with chia seeds and cane sugar (you can find them in organic stores)
Mix all ingredients and enjoy before or after your workout!

Organic Meat Filet
Organic soy sauce
Baby corn
Oyster Mushrooms
Coconut oil
Wild rice mix
Grill meat filet with coconut oil and add 1 tsp of organic soy sauce at the end.
Steam baby corn and oyster mushrooms and add to the meat pan.
Boil wild rice mix.
Display boiled rice at the bottom and add veggies on top with meat filet.
