Organic Seabass en papillote


Ingredients:

200 g organic sea bass filet

lemon wedges

olive oil

sea salt

Organic zucchini

oregano

 

Place the sea bass in an aluminum foil with olive oil ,salt and lemon wedges for 30 minutes at low temperature.

Cut zucchini in cubes with olive oil,salt and oregano .Place in oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.

Enjoy this light dish for lunch or diner!It is actually a very simple recipe if you are having guests for dinner.
