Coconut is my favorite flavor as I use coconut products for hair, skin and cooking. This ice cream is the perfect treat as it is fresh and tasty.
I had it at the Thai restaurant Pai Thai in Qasr hotel,Dubai.I recommend it if you are in the mood for a light dessert.
I am a big fan of Pandan leaves which are used mainly in the Philippines and Thailand for dessert and daily recipes.
Pandan has a very nice smell,it is considered the Asian Vanilla. It can easily mix with coconut and lemongrass.
I usually use it sometimes instead of Bay leaves while boiling rice or even add it to my lemon grass and green tea .
I had that pudding at Pai Thai Dubai and had a pleasant experience.
