Vegan peanut butter and chocolate bites

Ingredients:

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate

2 tbsps coconut oil

1 tbsp honey

vanilla

Mix in a bowl 1/2 cup of peanut butter with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of honey.

In another bowl ,mix 1/2 cup of dark chocolate with coconut oil.

Microwave both for 30 seconds.

Place chocolate at the bottom of the cupcake mold and freeze 15 min. Place peanut butter on top and freeze again for 15 min.

Chia pudding is a very practical idea for breakfast or snack.

you can prepare a vegan pudding with coconut or almond milk and chia seeds along with coconut sugar or syrup.

The vegetarian option can have an organic cow milk base,camel or goat milk.

The selection of toppings depends on your preferences; it can vary from fruits,coconut flakes,dark chocolate,whole grain biscuits,nuts or seeds.

Here are two options of chia puddings one with dark chocolate,walnuts,coconut and biscuits and the other option consists on buckwheat,almonds and dark chocolate.
