Organic wild rice and veggies:

Boiled Wild rice

organic Zucchini

organic baby corn

organic soy sauce

Boil 1 cup of wild rice with 2.5 cups of water.

slice zucchini and boil for 7 minutes.

Slice baby corn and boil for 10 minutes.

Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and serve.

Eating with chopsticks helps you eat slower thus improving your digestion.
