Organic bounty dark chocolate bites

Ingredients:

85 % dark organic chocolate

Shredded coconut

coconut milk

Honey

Melt chocolate on a bain marie. Mix 1 cup shredded coconut with 1/2 cup milk and 1/3 cup honey. Shape coconut mixture into fingerlike shapes. Freeze for 15 minutes than place in chocolate mixture and let cool in a wire rack .
