Muffins are one of my favorite snack , breakfast and desert idea.However size matters as small portions are advisable because sometimes when too large calories and fat accumulate making it a no no.
Today a huge array of healthy muffins are available so stay away from glazings and opt for oat, fiber or low fat fruit muffins.
Baking your own healthy muffin is very easy, all it takes is replacing regular flour with whole wheat varieties and white sugar with brown and reduce oil quantities to make them low in fat and calories.
