Homemade hummus
Ingredients:
Hummus grains
tahini paste
lemon juice
cumin
water
salt
2 tbsps olive oil
Soak 2 cups of hummus grains overnight and boil for 1h with double quantity of water.
Blend 1/4 cup tahini paste with 1/4 cup lemon juice and olive oil.
Mix the cooked hummus grains with their skin off and the tahini mix. Add water, salt and cumin.
You can chose the texture that you like by adding additional water if you like it more liquid.
