Halloween carrot cake recipe
Halloween carrot cake 🥕
Ingredients:
>2 cups all purpose flour
>2 tsps baking soda
>1 and a half tsp ground cinnamon
>1 cup canola oil
>1 cup sugar
>1 cup brown sugar
>1 tsp vanilla extract
>4 eggs
>3 cups grated carrots
>1 cup walnuts
>1/2 cup cranberries
Frosting:
>200g cream cheese
>1 small can condensed milk
>1/3 cup butter
1-Mix dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda and cinnamon)
2- whisky eggs, oil and sugar
3- Mix all ingredients together
4- Add grated carrots to the mix then walnuts and cranberries
5-Place cream cheese, butter and condensed milk in a mixer and blend until a creamy texture forms
6- Bake your cake for 45 minutes at 180 C
7- Wait 15 minutes for the cake to cool then cut the top so the cake can lie flat on the counter after flipping it.
8-Put the frosting on top and let it fall on the sides.
9- Decorate your cake by writing the word BOO using cranberries or almonds.
