Goat cheese Croque Monsieur

Whenever I am in France I try all the possible versions of croque monsieur as it happens to be my favorite meal! That specific Croc’ is prepared with goat cheese and pesto in a bistrot next to the Marais area .I really enjoyed it and made sure to avoid a creamy desert at the end because it is a meal already high in fat.
