Gluten free chocolate cake
Ingredients:
2/3 cup whole wheat organic rice flour
2/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup organic soy milk
3/4 cup organic brown sugar
1/3 cup coconut butter or hazelnut oil
1 egg
1/3 cup organic cacao
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Mix dry ingredients together then add soy milk,butter and the egg.
Preheat oven at 180 C and place the cake for 50 minutes.
