Winter salad

Ingredients:

Organic kale

Tomatoes

Avocados

Sweet potatoes

Mustard seeds

Brazil nuts

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Himalayan salt

Mix kale with olive oil and Himalayan salt and keep refrigerated for 2 hours.

Mix the rest of the ingredients and serve with balsamic and olive oil dressing.

Date and walnut gluten free pie

For the paste:

1 cup gluten free flour

1/4 cup organic butter

1 tbsp cane sugar

cold water to mix

For the filling:

80 g finely chopped walnuts

40 g finely chopped dates

1/2 cup cane sugar

1 cup milk mixed with 2 tbsp of corn starch

1/3 cup of butter

Mix flour,butter and sugar until a dough forms.

Lie dough on a baking dish.

Heat for 20 min at 160 C.

Heat milk, sugar and butter.

Allow to blend in at low temperature.

Add dates and walnuts and until the filling thickens.

Place filling on top of the pie crust and heat at 150 C for 45 minutes.

Enjoy!

Karak tea

Ingredients:

cardamom

ceylon tea

saffron

Raw Cane Sugar

Camel milk ,organic cow milk or vegan milk

Boil water with cane sugar and add tea and spices.

Allow to boil at low temperature and add milk until both boil together.

Sprinkle saffron on top and Enjoy!

Karak tea has become my favorite drink since I moved to Dubai,I love the taste of tea and spices it is very intense and filling.

Capsicum and kale salad

Ingredients:

Organic Red Capsicum

Kale

cucumbers

walnuts

mustard seeds

olive oil

Aged balsamic vinegar

Himalayan salt

Massage kale for 3 minutes with olive oil and salt to tenderize it.

Add capsicum,walnuts and cucumbers.Sprinkle mustard seeds top with balsamic vinegar and enjoy!

Kale contains proteins and red capsicums are full of vitamin C and A. This salad is anti-inflammatory and full of nutrients.

Purple cauliflower

Ingredients:

Coconut oil

purple cauliflower

sweet potatoes

Himalayan salt

turmeric

Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices.Mix veggies with coconut oil,turmeric and Himalayan salt.

Place in oven for 35 minutes on high temperature until veggies become crispy.

Enjoy at lunch or dinner as those veggies are full of antioxidants,vitamins,minerals and fibers!

For people suffering from IBS replace cauliflower with zucchini to avoid bloating.

Thai veggies

Ingredients:

Organic squash

Green beans

Carrots

Zucchini

2 organic eggs

1 tbsp peanut oil

2  tbsps crushed peanuts

1/4 squash

turmeric

coriander

lemongrass

White pepper

 

Steam veggies.Add peanut oil and vegetables to the pan and then sprinkle herbs and spices.Add eggs and allow to cook for 15 minutes on low fire.
