Lassi is an Indian drink prepared with yogurt.This drink is beneficial for the digestive tract by promoting digestive enzymes. It is also used as a natural remedy for bloating ,stomach disorder and constipation.

Vegetarian indian dish

I am honestly not a big fan of Indian food as I hardly digest garlic,onion and spices which makes it difficult to enjoy most of restaurant dishes.

I chose that particular dish from Bombay Brasserie menu in Dubai, as I found it unique and colorful.

Most of the dishes contain yogurt as a base to tame the spicy effect.

I found that dish a bit too sweet but the purple potatoes along with pomegranate and yogurt gives it a singular taste of freshness along with antioxidants properties.

According to Hinduism, purple potatoes are known to empower the third eye chakra which is responsible for intuition and the ability to focus.

Health benefits of camel milk

Camel milk contains far higher levels of iron,vitamin C,and protein with a lower amount of fat compared to cow s milk. It boosts the immune system,helps prevent anemia,diabetes and autoimmune disorders. It is also beneficial in increasing blood circulation in body and stimulates growth and development of bones.

Although levels of lactose are as high as cow ‘smilk,lactose intolerance against camel milk is not common as it is also known to reduce allergic reactions.
