La Vague D’or Saint Tropez

La Vague D’or is a very nice five stars Michelin restaurant at Hotel La Residence de La Pinede in Saint Tropez. It is one of the fanciest dining experience I had. Each dish is presented very nicely as they turn simple ingredients such as asparagus and fennel into fancy bites. My salad was prepared with seasonal veggies, the ultimate secret to crunchiness. We also enjoyed cheese and lard crusts as an appetizer which I found very unique. Some meals come in two parts for your taste buds to experience all the flavors of the ingredients.

Nicoise salad

Summer is the best season to enjoy fresh food such as salads and juices. Salads can be sometimes low in nutrients if they are chosen with no protein or carbohydrates. Nicoise salad is a complete meal and a good choice during vacation.Ask for the dressing aside and add some olive oil and vinegar.

That salad is at the Dior boutique in Saint Tropez.

Another plausible explanation was that the bread basket is here to keep people busy while waiting for their meal and also as a welcome gesture to customers.
