Beetroot salad

I had this beetroot salad at Bagatelle Dubai and found it perfect for a late night dinner as it is light and filling coupled with a tuna tartare.

Organic cranberry and peanut butter snack

Organic peanut butter has a different texture than normal varieties as the oil tends to separate from the butter.

I usually collect the oil and use it for some Asian recipes. When the oil is removed peanut butter hardens and becomes similar to halawa (oriental sweet paste ). I prepared this recipe using one tablespoon of peanut butter crumble along with dried cranberries.

It is the perfect desert to fight sugar cravings as it is high in proteins and keeps you full for a long time.
