Organic sprouted rice power salad

Ingredients:

Organic Sprouted brown rice*

2 Organic eggs

Organic Romaine lettuce

Organic Cucumber

Organic Avocado

Boil Organic sprouted brown rice* exactly like regular brown rice.

Prepare an omelette with the 2 eggs and slice thinly to place on top of your salad

Slice half of the avocado

Cut the romain lettuce heart and cucumber .

Mix all ingredients and Place the omelette on top.
