cumin turkey slices

Low fat Cumin turkey

Ingredients:

400 g turkey breast

2 tbsps cumin

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 bay leaves

salt

2 cups water

Slice the turkey breast into small chunks and place in a pan to boil with bay leaves. Add cumin and lemon juice then boil for 40 minutes unil water evaporates.

Serve with rice or veggies.
