Grilled Cod Filet

squash and zucchini hash

roasted almonds

Steamed green beans

Despite the small crack on the plate :),this recipe is quite light ,I would advise you to steam veggies to keep the vitamins and minerals in them. Boiling flushes away water soluble vitamins and minerals.
