Coconut wholewheat muffin
Ingredients:
1.5 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup skimmed milk
1/3 canola oil
1/2 cup coco syrup
1 tsp baking powder
salt
1 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup shaved coconut
Mix all ingredients and place in individual muffin cups and bake for 25 minute at 170 C.
