Capsicum and kale salad

Ingredients:

Organic Red Capsicum

Kale

cucumbers

walnuts

mustard seeds

olive oil

Aged balsamic vinegar

Himalayan salt

Massage kale for 3 minutes with olive oil and salt to tenderize it.

Add capsicum,walnuts and cucumbers.Sprinkle mustard seeds top with balsamic vinegar and enjoy!

Kale contains proteins and red capsicums are full of vitamin C and A. This salad is anti-inflammatory and full of nutrients.
